Oh, those hot waffles at breakfast were a game changer! The kids adored the cable car ride, and we cherished the epic mountain views that felt like our private playground post-day tourists. Seriously, waking up to the sunrise there is life-changing!

However, the dinner service was a bit of a flop. We sat around for over two hours waiting for our mains, and the waiter mixed up our order. the gorgeous setting kept us smiling.

We were blown away by the amazing views from our room and the fun rope course nearby.

During my stay, the dining experience left a lot to be desired. The dinner menu felt too limited and the food quality didn't match expectations, some dishes were undercooked or just unappealing. Additionally, while the breakfast offered some selection, it lacked variety and wasn't on par for a four-star establishment. I encountered notably slow service, especially during dinner, where we found ourselves waiting far too long for courses. The room décor was somewhat charming, but the mattress was softer than I prefer, impacting sleep quality. Another downside was the limited evening tranquility. noise from outside disrupted the otherwise peaceful mountain atmosphere.

Staying here with my friends was amazing! We explored the nearby hiking paths and enjoyed breathtaking views from the playground. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made our visit memorable. Just be prepared for winter limitations on walking around the mountain.

Dining was a culinary dream, with a four-course meal that was both locally inspired and expertly prepared. Plus, after all the day-trippers left, we had the mountain all to ourselves for an enchanting, serene experience.

The views from my Superior Double Room were truly breathtaking, and the hiking paths around the hotel made for a fantastic adventure.
